WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I trusted them because my HOA contracted with them for our Trane system....big mistake. They no longer service residential, which is good..they left me with thousands of dollars repair bill due to them cutting all original components (wiring) and adding relays that resulted in one air handler motor for cooling needing replacement and all wiring to all relays needed to be fixed...I knew something was wrong when I smelt a burn smell. I was without heat until some of the issues were fixed by another HVAC company, now without air conditioning, waiting on motor for cooling. Also, after my auxiliary drain pan fell the first time and flooded my floor and the floor below, they didn't add a float switch...the switch was added by another company after the drain pan fell a second time and flooded everything two years later. I'm going to look into this issue further....a company shouldn't be able to get away with causing this type of financial hardship on customers.

One of your employees operating a company van was driving carelessly and recklessly on stretches of I74 in Guilford County today. He swerved into my lane of travel without signaling and with less than 1 car length of space in front of me, almost hitting my car around 8am. This person is a liability to your fleet.

Not the greatest experience. I, the customer had to show them how they had the Trane Symbio unit they installed wired incorrectly. Incredibly, the initial response was "I dont care what the wiring diagram says, I have installed many of these systems"! Until we all met with the Trane engineer and found out otherwise. Good luck with these folks
